H.E.A.T andPersonal Training

This type of training is designed for adults looking to improve their general fitness and quality of life. HEAT (high energy athletic training) classes involve a series of strength and cardio exercises targeting the whole body with an emphasis on the core using unique types of equipment to achieve a full-body workout. HEAT classes will use stability balls, medicine balls, punching bags, agility ladders, TRX Suspension Bands, jump ropes, and partner work in order to create an environment that will torch fat and tone the body. HEAT is a great option for adults looking to improve their fitness level and challenge themselves each session. Adults not looking for as intense an option as a HEAT class can opt instead for personal training sessions. In these workouts, we place a focus on mobility, balance, core strength, conditioning, and strength training. We offer personal training sessions in 1-on-1 or semi-private settings.
